Organic Smoked Pork Hock


Organic, Pasture-Raised, Oak Savannah Smoked Hock. I personally love to throw these in a pressure cooker with some dry beans. Cook the beans for about 20 minutes at 5 lbs, then drain and rinse the beans. Add the hocks, and some garlic salt. Cook for another 20 minutes and 10 lbs. Check, may need a little longer until the meat falls off the bone! Mmmmm Delicious!
